Shop Policies

Returns:

• Unfortunately, due to the nature of my ordering process I will not be accepting returns. Please be sure to double check sizes/ size charts and customization options before ordering.

Production Timing:

• Please note, these orders are handmade and are also produced as ordered. I will do my best to keep you updated throughout the process but production may take a week or two (possibly longer) depending on how backed up I am. (If this is the case you will be notified.)

• If you are needing something made by a specific date please plan accordingly.

• Prior to contacting WCC about your order status please wait at least 5 business days from when you place your order.

Order Cancelations:

• If your order has not yet begun manufacturing, I will accept cancelations and refund you your money.

• If your order has begun manufacturing, then I am unable to cancel your order and you will not receive a refund even if you refute the product(s).

Order Fulfillment:

• Orders must be picked up (locally). I will send you a designated pick up day, if this does not work for you we can always adjust. At this time I am not able to offer shipping. Fingers crossed that this changes in the near future!
